Sporty Meets Aztec

UPDATE! Yes, finally! I've been quite busy and it's been crazy cold outside to be shooting. I need to buy a tripod! Anyways, I wanted to try something different with my styling. For this look, I tried going for a sporty look with an aztec pattern twist to my outfit. Also, by adding the over-sized lace cardigan (borrowed it from my mom, it's mine now, hehe) and my docs, it gave a punk vibe. There was a lot of mixed match pieces but that's what makes it unique. Overall, i'm satisfied with the new direction I attempted to pull off! Tell me what you think? Is it too much, too confusing, didn't fit the overall look, etc. Comment below! I'd love to know other people's perception other than mine ;)

Winter Wonderlove~

Hello lovelies! We are up to 20 more days until Christmas! I'm super excited but i'm not a big fan of winter, until i've recently found an amazing over-sized coat from h&m (on sale: $39) and I'm suddenly excited to wear it everywhere in this crisped winter weather. It's not visible on the pictures, but I actually wore an oversized black cardigan to keep me extra warm! Inside, I am wearing a meshed long-sleeved crop top (Urban Outfitters) with an acid-washed skater skirt from Forever 21. I threw on some black pumps to create a classy look, and if you prefer to wear something more comfortable, a nice shiny ankle boots would be a perfect alternative for this look :) The bag is from Forever 21 and the over-sized sunglasses (well for me, it's pretty big since I have a small face) is from H&M (only $5! check that out!) The rings are from Urban Outfitters, F21!

For a warmer alternative, you can wear a high-waisted disco leggings from American Apparel! (You can purchase it here) You can comment below and tell me what you think! Happy Winter everyone!

P.S. Don't mind my hanging belt, haha ;)

Ready, Set, Grundge.

Ready, Set, Grundge. by chelsy-causing featuring mid finger rings

These combinations are essential when you are going on a brunch with some of your girlfriends! This look gives off a grunge vibe with a touch of class. A midi skirt is perfect for this season! But I have yet to own one! I'm loving Valentino's Rockstud pump, it gives an even more of an edge to the look. These are definitely a must-have! Another must-have is Charlotte Olympia's transparent clutch! Oh, what a beauty! Love the safety pin details! Here are the links for these gorgeous pieces:
